Bergen Park Physical Therapy is located in Evergreen, Colorado (near the I-70 corridor) and serves surrounding areas including Golden, Conifer, Georgetown, Idaho Springs, Jefferson County and Clear Creek County. Post-operative Orthopedic & Non-operative Rehabilitation: 40 Minute Sessions
Our practice specializes in post-operative orthopedic surgery rehabilitation. Our treatment plans include 40 minute sessions which we believe is needed to achieve desired results. Our facility is located inside the Buchanan Recreation Center and is the only clinic in Evergreen that offers the tremendous benefit of aquatic therapy. Water enhances resistance training to better strengthen weakened muscles while improving balance without a fear of falling or injury.
Treatment of Pain & Injuries
Physical therapy treats acute and chronic pain, loss of function, injuries and traumas of various origins. While we address and encompass mostly all functional issues, common areas treated include back pain, neck pain, shoulder pain, hip pain, knee pain, ankle injuries, sport related injuries as well as other areas.
